Payment... We accept Paypal. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal without signing up for a Paypal account. You can pay into an ANZ bank account. Please contact me for details. Cash can also be used on pick up or delivery.

 Shipping for Nappy Cakes is in Queensland Australia ONLY... *Only a very few nappy cakes can be posted as they will not last long in the post. Some are to large. Some are too fragile.*... Local pick up is free of charge...

We can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

 For items which are currently avaliable, your order will be sent within 2-3 working days. On items to be made, posting is  approximately 7 working days, after items have been ordered. 

 On orders needed asap, we can express post your order for additional costs. Please note: Australia post recommends 3 to 10 days for parcels  to arrive, but sometimes it takes a few days longer. 

 Insurance and tracking does NOT come standard with shipping, please contact me if you would like this addition.

 International shipping is NOT available.

 I am not responsible for late, lost, or damaged packages. Please ensure that your address is correct in Paypal as I am not responsible for  missing packages due to an incorrect address. Insurance and tracking can be added to your order for an additional charge. Please contact  me  prior to purchasing for that option. 

 Cancellations Refunds and Exchanges

 You can cancel an order within 12hrs of payment by contacting me phone or email. Once your order has been posted we do not accept cancellations or refunds. 

 I would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the item, contact me ASAP so we can resolve it  and  make an exchange or a full refund if item is faulty.  
 Please note that if you would like to return an item you must let me know immediately of the items arrival. Returned items must  be  UNUSED.
 You are responsible for paying return shipping, unless I am at fault.
